Depository Services represent activities related to the administration and keeping of financial instruments like the opening and maintaining of financial instrument accounts, issuing of certification deeds to the holders of financial instruments, transferring of financial instruments, etc.

Being a member of the Central Depository AD Municipal Bank PLC offers individuals and legal entities, including institutional investors, the following depository services: 

• Opening financial instrument account in the register of Municipal Bank PLC with the Central Depository AD (CD AD);
• Issuing Depository Receipts;
• Transferring of financial instruments at an own account to the register of Municipal Bank PLC with CD AD;
• Transferring of financial instruments at a customer account in the register of Municipal Bank PLC with CD AD to a customer account with another investment intermediary.

Municipal Bank PLC also carries out other depository services including custody of financial instruments (exercising rights under them) depending on what has been agreed with the customer.
