04.06.2012New Management Board Member: Radoslav Milenkov
Radoslav Milenkov is the new member of the Management Board of Municipal Bank AD. He was elected by the bank’s Supervisory Board to be in this position as of 4 June 2012.
His professional experience includes different positions in the sphere of banking, auditing, financial modeling and budgeting for financial institutions, investment management, consulting. Prior to becoming a part of Municipal Bank AD, he has been CEO and Procurator of Easy Asset Management AD, dealing with the company’s strategic development and risk management. He has been First Investment Bank (FIBank)’s CFO and member of the Management Board (2005-2011), member of the Supervisory Board of Unibanka AD, Macedonia, member of the Audit Committee of FIBank, Albania (2007-2011), auditor for Deloitte and Touche Bulgaira.
“Radosilav Milenkov was elected as a member of the Management Board for his long and successful banking activity, and proven professionalism,” Sasho Tchakalski added.
Radoslav Milenkov has an MEcon degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy. He is a certified stock broker. He is also a co-founder of the Financial Directors Club in Bulgaria.
