22.07.2004Consumer Loans for Joinery Extended by Municipal Bank AD
Since July 2004 Municipal Bank AD has started offering consumer loans for buying and installing wooden joinery, doors of standard kitchen cupboards and interior doors of own flats, bought from and installed by contractors of Municipal Bank AD. So far Municipal Bank AD has entered into contract for such services with Borela – S AD, Sevlievo. The maximum loan amount is up to BGN 5,000, but not exceeding the value of the order, VAT inclusive, in accordance with a document showing the service price, presented by the supplier. The loans are extended in BGN, collateralised by a mortgage or guarantee, with a repayment term of up to 60 months.
