If you do not have a Municipal Bank PLC debit card, please come to one of our branches. Familiarise yourself with the General Terms and Conditions of Municipal Bank PLC of Issuing and Using Electronic Debit Card. In order to be issued a card, you need to file a Request for Issuing an Electronic Debit Card.
After submitting the request at the desired Bank branch or office, an account in BGN will be opened and a debit card will be issued. The terms and conditions of using the card are set forth in a Contract for Issuing and Using Electronic Debit Card.
Auxiliary debit cards may be issued to individuals specified by the cardholder under the same current account.
