The Municipal Bank team wishes you a happy new year 2026 and would like to inform you that the process of switching the Bank's systems to the euro has been completed. All payment systems, ATMs, POS terminals, cards, mobile and online banking are active again and at your disposal.
The balances in your accounts in BGN have been automatically converted to euro at the official fixed exchange rate of 1.95583 BGN per euro.
Payments at POS terminals and withdrawals from ATMs are now made in euro.
We would like to remind you that the deposit function of ATMs will be restored on January 5, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., and the machines will only accept euro banknotes.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during the transition to the euro!
The Municipal Bank Contact Center remains at your disposal at 0700 1 58 85 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends.
The Bank's offices and business centers will open for customer service on the first working day – January 5, 2026.
