A €10,000,000 Syndicated Term Loan Facility was extended to Municipal Bank AD with Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich AG as Lead Arranger on 12 October 2005..

Today's event is a testimony of the trust Municipal Bank AD has managed to build with our financial institution, leader in terms of volume of loans provided in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS", Martin Czurda, Executive Vice-President of RZB Austria said in his speech at the official signing ceremony in Grand Hotel Sofia.
